Joan was director of women’s athletics at the University of Tennessee for 33 years, building what many regarded as the top women’s collegiate sports program in the country. Under her tenure, the Lady Vols won 10 national titles, 33 SEC championships and had 41 NCAA Top Five finishes.She has earned more than 30 career achievement awards.

He was former regional vice president of Project Lead The Way, a national non-profit organization that provides STEM curricula to more than 5,000 elementary, middle and high schools. White played in the NFL for 11 seasons with the Detroit Lions, Kansas City Chiefs and Atlanta Falcons. He holds a bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering from The Ohio State University.
